About Supreme Construction

A concrete company in Lancaster, California, run by Manuel Segura, working across the Antelope Valley.

Who you are actually dealing with

Supreme Construction is Manuel Segura's company. When you call, you are talking to the person who will be looking at your job, not to a call center booking appointments for a crew you will meet later.

We are based in Lancaster and we work roughly thirty miles out from there, which covers Palmdale, Quartz Hill, Rosamond, Acton, Lake Los Angeles and the communities in between.

What we build

Concrete flatwork is the core of it. Driveways, patios, walkways, stamped and decorative finishes, and the demolition and haul away that usually comes first. Alongside that we build paver patios, fire pits and outdoor counters, and we take on patio covers, block walls and retaining walls.

Most of our work is replacement instead of new construction, because most of the housing out here is old enough that the original flatwork is reaching the end of it.

How we talk about the work

This website goes into more detail about heat, evaporation and joint spacing than a contractor site usually does. That is deliberate. Concrete in the Antelope Valley fails for specific reasons, and most of the advice online was written for a different climate, one with frost heave, expansive clay and road salt. Ours has none of those as the main problem.

What it has instead is heat, a very dry atmosphere, constant wind and a thirty degree temperature swing most days of the year. That combination is hard on fresh concrete and it is why the difference between a slab that lasts and one that does not is usually decided in the first day of the job.

We would rather explain that up front than sell around it.
