We work out of Lancaster and cover roughly a thirty mile radius from there. In practice that means the whole populated core of the Antelope Valley and a good way past it.
Five communities have their own page below, because each one has something genuinely different about it: which county issues the permits, what the ground does, what people out there actually build. We also work Littlerock, Pearblossom, Leona Valley, Sun Village, Mojave and the areas around them.
If you are not sure whether you are inside the range, the fastest answer is to call and ask. We would rather tell you no in thirty seconds than have you wonder.
Palmdale
Our biggest neighbor, minutes south. Tract driveways, hillside pours in Rancho Vista and Anaverde, and a lot of tear-out and replace work.

How far will you travel?
Roughly thirty miles from Lancaster as a working rule. Palmdale and Quartz Hill are minutes away, Rosamond and Acton are comfortable, and Lake Los Angeles is the far edge. Past that it depends on the size of the job, so ask.
Does distance change anything?
Not where we will go, but it can affect how we schedule a job that needs several separate visits. If that applies to yours we will say so up front rather than after.
Do the permit rules change depending on where I am?
Yes, and more than people expect. Lancaster and Palmdale are cities running their own building departments. Quartz Hill, Acton and Lake Los Angeles are unincorporated Los Angeles County. Rosamond is Kern County entirely, with permits out of Bakersfield.
My town is not listed. Do you still cover it?
Probably. The five with their own pages are the ones with something specific worth saying about them, not the limit of where we go. Littlerock, Pearblossom, Leona Valley, Sun Village and Mojave are all inside normal range. Call and describe where you are.
